WilliamTellsAll is a personal wellness and self-improvement tool. It is not a medical service, mental health treatment, therapy, or clinical intervention of any kind. The affirmations, binaural audio, and related content provided through this platform are for general wellness and motivational purposes only and do not constitute professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, severe depression, or any other serious mental or physical health condition, please stop and contact a qualified healthcare professional or crisis line immediately. WilliamTellsAll is not a substitute for professional care.

WilliamTellsAll makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees regarding the effectiveness of affirmations, binaural beats, or any other content or feature of the platform. Individual results vary. The company accepts no responsibility for outcomes, positive or negative, arising from use of the service.

By using WilliamTellsAll, you consent to recording your own voice through your device microphone for the purpose of creating personal affirmation recordings. You confirm that you are the sole person being recorded and that you have the legal right to create and store these recordings.

Your voice recordings are stored securely and are accessible only to you. They are not shared with third parties, not used to train AI models, and not used for any purpose other than playback within your account. You may delete your recordings at any time from your library. Upon account deletion, recordings are retained for 30 days before permanent removal. If your subscription lapses, recordings are retained for 90 days.

During onboarding you will be asked to share personal information including your name, the challenges you are working on (such as anxiety, anger, emotional wellbeing, or family issues), your personal goals, and your preferred communication tone. This information is used solely to personalise your affirmations and is not shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

You acknowledge that you are voluntarily disclosing personal and potentially sensitive information, and you accept responsibility for the information you choose to share. WilliamTellsAll takes reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect this data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processor. WilliamTellsAll does not collect, store, or have access to your credit card number, banking details, or any other payment credentials. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. In the event of a billing dispute you agree to contact WilliamTellsAll at dale@williamtellsall.com before initiating a chargeback.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WilliamTellsAll Inc., its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service, including but not limited to:

- Emotional distress or psychological harm - Loss of data or recordings - Interruption of service - Any reliance placed on content provided through the platform

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to cancel your subscription and discontinue use.

This waiver and any disputes arising from use of WilliamTellsAll shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta for any legal proceedings.
