Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of WilliamTellsAll. We have kept them as plain and readable as possible.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using WilliamTellsAll you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use WilliamTellsAll. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at dale@williamtellsall.com.
4. Subscriptions and payments
WilliamTellsAll is a paid subscription service available on a monthly ($15 CAD/month) or yearly ($150 CAD/year) basis. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and we do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods. Upon cancellation, your recordings will remain accessible for 30 days, after which they will be permanently deleted from our servers.
5. Your content
You own the voice recordings and affirmations you create. By storing them on our platform you grant us a limited licence to host and deliver that content back to you. We do not use your recordings for any other purpose. You can delete your content at any time from your library.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use WilliamTellsAll only for lawful personal purposes. You must not attempt to access other users' accounts, reverse-engineer the service, upload content that is harmful or illegal, or use the platform in any way that could damage or overburden it.
7. Referral programme
Referral commissions are paid in accordance with the programme terms displayed at the time of your referral. Commissions are only earned by active subscribers. If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, any unpaid commissions are forfeited to WilliamTellsAll Inc. and no future commissions will be generated from your referrals. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the referral programme with reasonable notice. Commissions that have already been paid out will not be clawed back.
8. Disclaimers
WilliamTellsAll is a personal practice tool, not a medical or mental health treatment. It is not a substitute for professional care. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes. The service is provided as-is and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WilliamTellsAll and its founders will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination or cancellation, your recordings will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days. Any unpaid referral commissions are forfeited to WilliamTellsAll Inc. upon termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
