Tell us your challenge area, goals, and preferred tone. We generate affirmations written specifically for you.

Read your affirmations aloud in the studio. Layer binaural frequencies beneath your voice for deeper effect.

Listen daily
Build the habit. Five minutes each morning or evening is enough. Your subconscious does the work.
What you need: An email address, 5 minutes to set up, and headphones (recommended for binaural beats to work properly).
Create your account
Go to williamtellsall.app/signupand fill in your name, email address, and a password. After submitting, check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link inside to verify your account. You won't be able to sign in until your email is confirmed.
Tip:Check your spam folder if the confirmation email doesn't arrive within a few minutes.
Choose your plan
After verifying your email, go to the pricing page to subscribe. Both plans include full access to every feature.

After subscribing, you'll go through a short onboarding (about 2 minutes) that shapes everything about your affirmation program. Take your time here. Your answers directly determine what gets written for you.

Used to personalise your affirmations. They'll speak directly to you.
Your challenge area
The one area of life you most want to work on right now. Choose from Anxiety & Stress, Motivation & Drive, Connection & Relationships, Money & Abundance, Confidence & Self-Worth, Sleep & Rest, Anger & Frustration, Emotional Wellbeing, or Parenting & Family.
Your goals
Choose up to 3 specific goals within your challenge area. These become the focus of every affirmation we write for you.
Your tone
The voice style you respond to best. Warm is nurturing and encouraging. Bold is direct and confident. Gentle is soft and patient. Spiritual is reflective and connected. You can change this later in Settings.
Your daily intention
A personal phrase or mantra that anchors your practice. It appears on your dashboard each day as a reminder of what you're working toward.

After onboarding, this is your home base. Return here each day to start your practice.
Your affirmations
Up to 9 affirmations are generated for you each day, written to your challenge area, goals, and tone. If one doesn't resonate, tap the refresh icon on that card to swap it for a different one.
Daily quote
A quote from Émile Coué, the 19th century pharmacist who discovered that repeating positive phrases in your own voice is one of the most powerful tools for change. His method is what this app is built on.
Your streak
A calendar that tracks how many consecutive days you've practiced. One completed session per day keeps the streak alive.
Practice count
Your total number of completed recording sessions, across all time.
Recording your affirmations
Tap any affirmation card on your dashboard to open the recording studio. The studio walks you through three steps.
Step 1: Record your voice
Tap the large round button to start. Your affirmation text is displayed on screen. Read it aloud at a pace that feels natural. When you're done, tap again to stop. Recordings cap at 60 seconds, which is plenty for a single affirmation.
Step 2: Pick a beat
Layer a binaural beat underneath your recording. These are audio tones that play at a slightly different frequency in each ear. Your brain tunes into the difference, which can support specific mental states. They only work through headphones or earbuds. Speakers cancel out the effect.

Use the volume sliders to balance your voice level against the beat.
Step 3: Review and save
Play back your recording. If you're happy with it, tap Save. If not, tap Re-record and try again. Once saved, the affirmation is marked complete on your dashboard and your session is counted.
Your library
All saved recordings live in the Library tab in the navigation. From here you can manage your entire collection.
PlayTap the play button to listen back anytime. The full mix (voice + beat) plays exactly as you recorded it.
RenameTap the pencil icon to edit the title. Keep your library organised however makes sense to you.
DownloadTap the download icon to save a copy of any recording to your device.
DeleteTap the trash icon. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is permanently removed.
SearchType in the search bar to filter recordings by title.
Filter & sortFilter by challenge area or sort by date, newest first, or alphabetically.
Your recordings are encrypted on our servers using AES-256-GCM. Only you, authenticated to your account, can access and play them.

Access Settings from the navigation menu to manage your account and customise your experience.

Best results
Tips for your practice
Use headphones when possible
Binaural soundwaves create maximum enjoyment when played through headphones. Notwithstanding, your personal voice is the key driver. Your affirmations can be played in your vehicle or on your phone speaker anytime without headphones.
Be consistent
Even five minutes each morning or evening is enough to build the habit. Consistency matters more than duration. The streak is there to help.
Record in a quiet place
Find a spot where you won't be interrupted. Your voice is the most important element. Background noise dilutes it.
Read with feeling
Don't just read the words. Feel them as true. Émile Coué called this passive suggestion: say it as if it's already so, and your subconscious follows.
Repeat the same affirmation
Record the same affirmation multiple times across different sessions. Each repetition is another layer. The more your subconscious hears it in your own voice, the more it accepts it as fact.
Match the beat to your goal
Alpha beats (8–12 Hz) work well for calm focus and stress relief. Theta (4–7 Hz) deepens meditation and creativity. Beta (12–30 Hz) supports motivation and drive.
